Clean, hygienic and very good value
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel ticks the boxes in terms of the basics you require when travelling to India in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and bathroom facilities. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping is done whenever you request it if you miss the original slot. Pesticide is regularly sprayed to keep bugs out. The negatives are a lack of daylight in rooms (although this keeps temperature down) and very expensive laundry. Breakfast was ok, not amazing. Room service was quick but again food was ok, not amazing. On a side note it has one of the best gyms I've ever been to in my life (not just in India) and is free to use for residents. The spa is very good and good value, with a further 15% off for residents

Poor service & maintainence
I stayed in a Suite room, and that too was not maintained at all.. the walls were cracked, toilets were dirty.. check in took me more than 40 mins.. too slow..

The room was neat and clean, only thing they should check the geysers as early morning water in shower is Not hot.

The location is unique, so close to thje Railway Station & right above the Bus Depot. There is a Food Court & a Mall in the same property. The cleanliness of the Bus depot is seen to be believed

Staff very good, area hectic, breakfast is not western, only south indian and basic, room clean, cosy, ac is good, bathroom ok. Only con this hotel soundproof is very bad, you have to get earplugs. You can listen everything in next room

Very good staff and hotel. Only downside was restaurant service and room service which is poor. It takes for ever and they even served non veg item in my veg order

Nice, near to railway station as well to Bus stand since it is new everything is perfect. However the staff is very cooperative hope they maintain in coming days as well.
