    Discover the charm and tranquility of Villa Valle, a newly listed vacation rental on VRBO. This beautiful 2-story retreat, nestled in a serene wooded setting, spans 1,800 sq. ft. and comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it ideal for families and groups.

    Property Highlights:

    - Prime Location: Just a short distance from Starved Rock State Park and surrounded by scenic natural beauty.

    - Comfortable Accommodations: The villa features two elegantly appointed bedrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, a fireplace, a television, a private vanity with sink, walk in linen closet as well a separate personal walk in closet to store luggage or hang garments. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen-size bed, bunk bed (double and twin) and a television. There are also 2 cots available for use.

    - Cozy Living Spaces: Enjoy the warmth of two fireplaces, located in the living area and master bedroom. Relax in the spacious living room or step out onto one of the two balconies to take in stunning views of the surrounding woods and trees.

    - Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is designed for convenience, featuring major appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, utensils, and essential cookware.

    - Modern Amenities: The villa includes a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and cable on all televisions for a hassle-free stay. Both bathrooms are equipped with high-pressure showers. And a daily trash pick up service from 11am-4pm.

    - Outdoor Enjoyment: Unwind on the patio furniture or take advantage of the villa's beautiful natural surroundings for a relaxing walk or run on the resort trails. Enjoy outdoor live music and yoga on the weekends.

    Additional Information:

    - Privately Owned: Villa Valle is a privately owned property, but you can enjoy access to all the resort amenities at the Grand Bear Lodge, including the indoor water park, mini golf, and arcade. Some activities may incur additional fees; please visit the Grand Bear Lodge front desk for pricing details. The Grand Bear Lodge is a short 5-10 minute walk from our villa.

    - Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum stay required. Check in 4pm / Check out 11am.

    -No Pets (while we love them, they are not allowed on the property)

Great for a friends trip!

This was the perfect place for a weekend in Starved Rock! Location is close to both Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park, downtown Utica, and other neighboring towns. Everything was just like the listing, and bigger than we expected. We would definitely stay again!

Good value, especially for the price! It's a great location close to Starved Rock, and not too far from Utica! We used the water park for an additional fee, and the boys had a really good time! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Getaway!

We stayed here for a wedding at starved rock and then took advantage of the property's proximity to the water park and other offerings at the grand bear resort. The owners were very accommodating! Great location!
