I didn't realize some of the things when I booked it.I guess I didn't read or it wasn't there.I don't know. But that hike in and out kinda sucked! « The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! »

« I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. »

« Well maintained. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Good communication with management. Bathroom can use a small face-lift and one of the beds needs updating. Parking is plentiful. Comfortable dinning room and living room. Says two beds in each room, but the second bed was a foldaway bed with a small amount of space for it in the bedroom. »

« We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! »
