« Room was clean and light-filled. Bed was very comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was tasty and offered something for everyone. Enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning. Delaney was an excellent host - available, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Love the Malin-Goetz bathroom amenities. Only suggestion would be to have a small-footprint recliner in the room to have somewhere to sit besides the bed. Will happily return 😊 »

« We pulled up to a very pretty house, big open front deck with porch swing and lovely seating area. Mary greeted us at the door and we got to know each other over a truly sublime homemade carrot cake and conversation around a cozy kitchen table. Her entire home is recently and tastefully renovated, clean and comfortable and we were made to feel right at home. 10 minutes away there was Kauneonga Lake with a small marina and 3 restaurants to choose from for dinner. « It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying »

« We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. « We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space.
