« Amazing service. Great rooms »

« Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics! »

« Extrême gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel. Les infrastructures sont vieillissantes et meriteraient un rafraîchissement. Très bon service et très bonne qualité des mets. »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable. »

« The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent. »

« Dee Dee was so helpful with our stay. Construction all around and Dee Dee guided in easy to understand instructions. Property very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend. And St. Mary’s hospital right across street, nice parking. »

« Staff were super helpful. Sandy was especially helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was very good…highly recommend. The room was clean but our bedside lamps didn’t work properly. They would flicker and turn off and on. The rooms are clean and simple. I’d stay again. »

« Really great for a simple, one night, one traveller stay. Clean, good temperature controls, quiet, good parking, adequate breakfast. All in all peaceful. »

« Am breakfast staff just sat there (with their feet up on some fruit boxes)watching people, did not get up to wipe a table when people left. The traffic in and out of front check in parking area was ridiculous, I waited 12 minutes to be able to pull up to load our belongings. I was appreciative of the trolley ride to Mayo since there is so much construction going on and confusion. It was an okay hotel, not sure if I'll stay there again. »

« Hôtel un peu vieillot, surtout le hall d’entrée. Au bord d’une rue en travaux, mais malgré tout notre chambre donnant sur le parking était assez calme. Salle de sport ridiculement petite ; grande comme un placard et seulement 2 appareils (vélo elliptique et tapis de marche si je me rappelle bien). On n’a pas testé la piscine. La chambre était très grande et la salle de bain pratique, car douche et WC étaient séparés du lavabo. Petit-déjeuner buffet pas très varié ni très fourni, mais correct....
