« Amazing modern hotel, one of the best that we have stayed at in recent times. The room was big and well equiped, it even had a washing machine and dryer within the room, which makes things easy to manage and allows you to just focus on your holiday, rather than having to waste time doing errands »

« We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We particularly appreciated the convenient location and the overall quality of the service. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out. One small inconvenience was that the lobby is located on the 38th floor. Getting down to the ground floor could be a little complicated, as we had to take two different elevators, which was not always very convenient. Also, some staff members did not speak...

« Staff are very friendly and helpful, but hardly anybody speeks another language than Chinese. The location is convenient, but the city of Nanjing is as anonymous as other Chinese cities, if it wasn't for the city wall.. »

« Staff takes really care about customers. Recognized us at each stay. Central location straight to railway stations. »

« PARFAIT EXCELLENT »

« breakfast here is. really really good. wide selection and tasty rooms were slightly dated looking, but still pretty good staff was mostly good but not so interactive (maybe didnt want to engage in english too much). cleaning staff was a bit aggressive though, kept wanting to take my towels and replace stuff etc even thogugh I had the DND sign on and generally do not really want my room entered during my stay. I think they at least waited until i was in my room before trying to see if they...

A déconseiller . »

« good »

« The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended. »

« Nice room and free amenities. »

« It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. »
