« New, clean, comfortable, convenient, direct covered path from train station to hotel reception via the mall basement. One stop from Nanjing train station for high speed train to other cities. Lots of eating places, there is an Aldi supermarket in the mall. 20 mins walk to beautiful XuanWu lake.Helpful and friendly staffs, especially like to mention Ms Joy who is responsive via WeChat and helpful in many ways. »

« The room was amazing and was really clean and nice for the stay. The washroom is nice and modern. The pool and gym were both out of service which disappointed me but was still a good hotel. 9/10 »

« In room laundry and coffee machine. Supper nice staff »

« Great hotel »

« Staff takes really care about customers. Recognized us at each stay. Central location straight to railway stations. »

« breakfast here is. really really good. wide selection and tasty rooms were slightly dated looking, but still pretty good staff was mostly good but not so interactive (maybe didnt want to engage in english too much). cleaning staff was a bit aggressive though, kept wanting to take my towels and replace stuff etc even thogugh I had the DND sign on and generally do not really want my room entered during my stay. I think they at least waited until i was in my room before trying to see if they...

« PARFAIT EXCELLENT »

A déconseiller . »

« Nice room and free amenities. »

« good »

« The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended. »

« It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. »
