« Nice and clean »

« Trip was great other than shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty upon arrival! »

« Très belle chambre dans un établissement moderne et bien entretenu. Service irréprochable. »

« We had a large, unexpected group for breakfast, and the team handled it with true professionalism. The cook was outstanding, preparing a delicious breakfast efficiently without compromising quality. The service was excellent from start to finish, with staff remaining attentive, organized, and welcoming despite the size of our party. Their ability to accommodate us so seamlessly made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for both the quality of the food and the exceptional customer...

« Super hotel ainsi que l'emplacement non loin de big bear avec petit dej et parking inclus. Terrain de basket pour les enfants un vrai plus. »

« Breakfast was good, stay there for 3 nights and every breakfast was different »

« Clean room and available coffee and tea bar was a welcome treat. »

« Clean room, kind and friendly staff »

« La chambre sentait la cigarette. Le sol collait, il y avait du sang seché sur le mur de la salle de bains. Hôtel qui manque sérieusement d hygiène »

« there was a truck parking and it was decent value for money »

« Room wasn’t as clean as expected. smelled like pee, but couldn’t pinpoint where in the hotel is smell. Front desk staff was very friendly, but elevator also smelled like pee and bathroom was very dirty and had to go to the store to get some cleaning products. »

« Exterior of the Building looks Horrible and Outdated. Staff was not very Helpful. My Room smelled like Cigarette Smoke and Weed. The Fridge was not working and TV was outdated. I will not be coming back to this Hotel. Outside alot of questionable characters in the Parking Lots and Stairwells that look like Drug Dealers and Scammers. The whole property has a Section 8 Vibe. Travelers Beware! »
