« We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. « Property was clean, very spacious. We had more room than we actually needed! Host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also laundry detergent was available. These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. "Hôtel génial bien situé pour faire Hollywood et le parc Universal Studios. La propreté est sans défaut juste un petit bémol sur le bruit qui provient de la route, mais l’hôtel met à disposition des boules quiets. Je le recommande il on une piscine chauffée et un bar en rooftop. "
