« Extremely Disappointing Experience – Prepaid Booking Not Honored We booked this hotel through Expedia for a three-night stay and were shocked to discover, upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, that the hotel staff claimed they had no record of our booking. Even after showing our booking confirmation, the hotel refused to accommodate us and asked us to contact Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they confirmed that our reservation was confirmed and attempted to resolve the issue directly...

« Good clean room.. Friendly staff »

« Professional staff polite and helpful »

« Almost everything is perfect. Parking is just manageable. »

« My Room didnt had Tv, Wifi was not working even after complain there was no effort made to get the wifi.Average. »

« Clean room »

« Central location. Room were clean, but the linen and the towels could have been better. »

« Ginger stay in Mangalore was a pleasant experience.Well located decent budget place ,very pleasant well behaved staff. The restaurant is good,a tasty buffet breakfast.A bit of maintainance will make d rooms better . Simple requirements like dental kit ,shower cap could be provided with having to get on extra payment. All in all a good place to stay for a short visit.Would highly recommend. »

« Lack of detail makes me score this down. Room smelled like urinal station so many bleach blocks dotted all over the room. Toweia threadbare. Water provided but no grass to drink it out of. No breakfast times displayed. No hot water for shaving. »

« Terrible hotel the rooms are not as advertised on also charged me a full the cancellation fee even though I did not check in and even informed them. »
