On est bien accueilli Les chambres sont grandes, propres et la literie comme dans les autres établissements est sans reproche. Les matelas épais et confortables.Le seul petit regret est le manque d'ombre. A proximité 100 mètres il y a un bon restaurant Ukiah Garden où l'on est bien accueilli.

Check in was a nightmare. I booked the room because it is listed on Expedia as pet friendly. Showed up, front desk agent tells us that no pets are allowed. Upon finding this out, they don't want to cancel our booking or provide a refund. I contact Expedia and ask them why the hell it is listed as pet friendly, Expedia calls the front desk, and all of a sudden, then hotel IS pet friendly. So we pay to just bring in one pet. Now the problem is that we are not allowed to keep any pets in the van (we had 4 so we were leaving the adults in the van and bringing the puppy inside) and they were trying to force us to bring ALL the pets inside and charge us $25 per pet, threatening to kick us out of the room with no refund if they dogs were to bark. After some back and forth, and another call from Expedia in which they refused to refund us and cancel the booking, they agreed to "letting us do what we want with our own pets". Finally get into the room about 1 hour later. I leave the room for a minute, and when I get back, the key doesn't open the door. Another hour and 3 employees later, I have to move rooms because the door wouldn't open. Horrible experience. Never again. At this point, I won't even be booking through Expedia since they are absolutely useless in the case that something doesn't go as planned.

This information allows us to appropriately accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless arrival process.Additionally, we'd like to bring to your attention that leaving pets unattended in vehicles is not only against our hotel policy but also against California Penal Code § 597.7 PC, which prohibits endangering the health or well-being of animals by leaving them unattended in motor vehicles. We take this matter seriously to ensure the safety and well-being of all animals.Regarding the issue with your room key and the subsequent room change, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Please rest assured that we have addressed this matter with our team to prevent such occurrences in the future.We genuinely value your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Everything went pretty good although the showerhead was really dirty and the chair inside the room had stains all over it as well but overall everything went pretty good. The staff was super nice as well.

My biggest complaint is they wanted to charge an early check in fee. Maybe I’ve been lucky with other hotels. Other than that it’s a $90 room.

Older hotel with many small maintenance issues. Very load heater - not able to sleep. Had to turn it off in the middle of the night and sleep without it hoping not to freeze in the morning. Luckily, it was not that cold yet. The staff was cordial though.

Restaurants and dining options were walking for driving distance. Seriously, I drove to Kin Khao Thai for dinner and it was like a 2-3 min drive. The bed was comfy and the room was set up nicely. The bathroom has built in hand soap, body wash and shampoo. I stayed for 3 days and I didn't really need housekeeping for anything, even though the man at front desk said if I needed anything, to let housekeeping know since they won't come to clean/organize your room b/c I was staying for more than a day. I went to a state park like 20 min drive so it wasn't too bad. There's an aquarium minutes away too so the hotel's location is very convenient
