Horrible custome service, changed prices
They did not honor the price on the Hotels.com website. They originally tried to put us in a queen bed when we had requested 2 beds. They were able to accomodate this, but then charged us an addition 20.00 per night on tne rate they had already increase. They lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic, but she was new and had to call her manager for help and the manger was rude and is the person who did all the proce increases. She said my mother stopped by the hotel and asked for the change in bed. My mother does not drive, nor does she speak English, lives over 2 hours from whete we staywd a d did not even know where I was staying. When I explained all this and that she must have me confused with someone else she doubled down and stated she didnt care if i belived her that is what had happened. I belive her name was Rita. She was so very rude. I will never stay here again and will let people know they should not stay here.

the room was decent and bed sheets were ok. However, there is no breakfast provided and i tried to buy bottled water from vending machine and it was sold out. But in a location like that it was decent. Plus there is a gas station next to it, so it was relatively convenient.

I really liked my stay. I would have given it a perfect review if one of the staff hadn't stood outside and screamed at my boyfriend just before we left. We are neat and don't tear things up (I'm 65, he almost is) she was flipping out over my service dog. I visit Ukiah/Willits often to see my twin. That's not a way to get me to come back.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Area was quiet. All requests accommodated. Room was clean, bed comfortable, everything worked well; might suggest mini-coffee pot machine upgrade, but worked fine. Nice water pressure with working shower head.

This is my favorite budget hotel in Ukiah. It's just across the highway from the busier business district. It's quiet and recently remodeled.

This property looked OK from the appearance. I was traveling with my 10 year old son. Our restroom was not cleaned and there were urine stains all over the toilet. When we complained to the management they sent a cleaner to our room. We asked for a non-smoking room. But our comforter had burnt holes - looked like from a cigarette burn. People in rooms on either side of our room were from the same family or team. They were drinking and smoking and were walking between the rooms talking loudly. I felt uneasy and unsafe as I was with a 10-year old. I booked a different hotel and checked out within an hour of checking in. Maybe my experience was not typical but I did not have a good experience at this place.

The blanket and coverlet were thin and had stains on them. Yuck! The office staff person was very nice when checking in but one of the cleaning staff guys had an attitude when I asked him to open my room to retrieve my glasses.

I'd stay again.
I'd stay again. Easy access to/from hwy 101. Far enough away that it was quiet. The corner room 151 upstairs was very quiet. We didn’t hear noise/tv through walls. Clean, comfy, good blackout curtains. The entry off Talmadge was a little hard to see in the dark. It comes into dark side of motel curving around to front office. It was dark and we were tired both nights. I pulled into the minimart next door at first.. Could use better lighting at entry off Talmadge.
