Nous avons apprécié le confort, le petit-déjeuner . Les piscines sont agréables. La navette gratuite pour ubud est très pratique, comme l’hôtel est excentré.

Très bon séjour
Très belle Hotel à 15 minutes en voiture d'UBUD, l'hôtel met en place des navette aller et retour toutes les heures ce qui est très appréciable pour se rendre quand on veut sur UBUD. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très souriant et c'est très agréable. Les chambres sont de très bons standing avec très belle salle de bain, les deux piscines sont très belles, avec pour l'une d'entre elle une vue magnifique sur une rivière. Les petits déjeuner sont très copieux, sucré salé, grand choix. La seul petite chose que j'aurai à redire est sur l'isolation des chambres pour celles qui sont sur rue, en début de soirée, avec la circulation, peut être assez bruyant. Très bon Wi-Fi

Service is AMAZING. Can’t overstate how they are everywhere all the time and know what you want or need before you do. The location is nice, along the river. The upgrade to the river view wasn’t worth it for us though. From the bar, the restaurant, the pool etc. you always have a view of the river. Happy hour, BBQ night, Satay night… all amazing! Likewise with the incredible buffet breakfast every morning!

Great choice in Ubud
Fantastic place to stay in Ubud. The views of the river are great, the rooms are well equipped and clean, and the food was excellent. But what really impressed was the friendliness of the staff, who could not do enough to help. Would definitely stay again.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff's diligence to please us in our dietary needs, adding activities, and provide additional comfort elements. If you looking for a traditional good value hotel in Ubud then this is a good choice.

The property is AMAZING! Views are stunning the staff is incredible, the ladies in the spa are FANTASTIC! Only thing that was a pain point was the food. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but every other meal was not very good. But there are several other places to eat around the area so I would definitely stay here again! Great experience overall!

A truly memorable experience. This is my second time with a Marriott Bonvoy hotel and it never fails to impress me yet again. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I step in till I leave the hotel. They were very proactive in catering to my request and were always ready to strike a conversation with guests. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable with a taste of Balinese touch. The breakfast buffet was also great and they offer a variety of dining options as well. Overall a great experience !!

Great hotel with spotless and modern rooms. Would stay here again. Note it takes 20-30 mins to reach Ubud town, and the hotel shuttle slots are very limited.

Very nice Hotel, comfartable, quiet and beautifull. Staff are very polite and courteous. The only thing that would make this hotel even better is by providing more variety for breakfast buffet. I would really recommend this HOTEL, SUPERB. Keep up the good work.
