This 2nd floor (3rd level), 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit includes a private patio offering spectacular views of the Savannah River entrance and the Atlantic Ocean - the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and the beauty of Tybee Island's sunrises and sunsets. The freshwater pool is right off your patio with convenient access to the beach and it's just a short walk to the tennis courts as well.

Bay View Villas is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking and "vaping" are not permitted in the condominium units, on balconies, or in the common areas of the property.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was fantastic. It was our second trip to Tybee, the condo was very clean and made for a comfortable stay.

Washing machine doesn’t work well no matter the size of the load. It bounces all over the laundry room. Spare bedroom and bath are hot. Air conditioner works well but doesn’t cool these rooms. Floors need to be cleaned better. Overall it was a nice place. Elevator is slow and sometimes out of commission

This property was exactly as shown/listed! 10/10 and would stay again. Great views of the beach right from the balcony. We also watched the dolphins/birds/fishing boats each night too on our nightly beach walks. Truly an amazing vacation. The pool was a bit chilly for us but we enjoyed the pool area and laid out in the sun on the comfortable chairs provided. Can’t wait to come visit Tybee Island and this property again, thank you for everything.

The view was perfect! We watched dolphins the whole time we were there. The location was so quiet. Perfect spot for a relaxing time.

Great location with private access to the beach. My kids really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and swimming in the pool! The villa was really well maintained and we absolutely loved the elevator access and the large walk in shower. Within the unit, you have all of the essentials. My only wish would be for beach towels :) but we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our condo and it’s location. It was very clean and offered everything we needed. Our access to the beach was so close and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the shrimp boats and the playful dolphins.
