« Overall, we had a good stay at Black Swan. The apartment was nice, the location is fantastic, and the staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. A few things to be aware of: the elevators were not working during our stay, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. « I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but the fact that one can't even leave luggage before check-in time is a real problem when one arrives earlier. Any accommodation should have a solution to this problem (and they didn't have). Also, a bit too much communication - for a one-night stay, I received frequent messages for days before, during and after my stay. Otherwise, nice place and well located. »
