This was a very nice property to stay at. The pool was the perfect temperature! The only thing I would say could be added is a bathroom fan.

The vents in the bathroom needed cleaning. Shower curtain too long trip hazard. 24 hour coffee nice touch, often not filled. Front desk staff lacking.

We liked having the lounge open and having a nice area to gather. The breakfast on the other hand was their downfall. I’m not sure how the potatoes were cooked, and even the bagels and English muffins were dried out. The second day we skipped it and went to Kwik Trip .

Worst customer service we had ever received while checking into a hotel. The desk service girl never welcomed us, she never smiled. She came across as very rude to our entire family. What an awful experience checking into this fairly nice hotel for the first time. I believe her name was Brittney? Young caucasian girl. My entire family was actually shocked by her rude customer service. Very sad.

Absolutely no imagination when it came to the decoration of the property and the rooms. The lobby couldn't have been uglier. The chairs were ridiculous. I wish I had pictures. And you had two couples that I feel like they lived there and we're using the lobby as their living room. Very strange and uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is very clean, quaint and well maintained. The view of Lake Michigan was beautifu! I would give 5 stars, but during sleep hours it was very loud! I was in room 409 and hardly slept through the night. There was a constant knocking sound all hours of the night. It was so disturbing that I started recording it. I have no idea what the sound was, but it went on at midnight, 2am, 3am, 4am until finally at 5am I just got out of bed. At first it sounded like someone kept opening their door and closing it, then the sound changed to a constant thump. I was there for travel and spoke w my colleagues to see if they experienced the noise and they said no. Minus the sound issue….i would give them 5 stars. It’s a nice, clean, modern and great place to stay. I did notify the front desk of the noise disturbance in the morning and let them listen to my videos. They said they would look into and was very polite. Maybe it was a ghost?

Stayed here to attend a wedding held near by. Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and the room spacious. Everything you might need is within walking distance.

I went online to check pricing. Most were all the same. INCLUDING Cobblestone. So I called the motel directly to maybe just book directly through them at they're advertised price, which was all the same as the rest. THEN she quoted me a price of almost twice the price that they had advertised. I said no thanks and then booked with Expedia at. At the motel I asked why I was quoted so high. She said maybe because they were about full. There was almost nobody on the 4th floor, so not full.

Newer hotel with above average Amenities
Overall, my stay was acceptable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The room was not cleaned very well as there was what I hoped to be red wine splatter on one of the walls, again hoping it was red wine. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was not the greatest. The waffles where horrible. Running batter and when we cooked them they where flat a doughy. And no hot tub. When it was advertised that they had a hot tub.

The place seems like it is always under staffed

Mixed experience
Average overall rating and stay because some good and some bad. Check in good - staff person very friendly. Room and general hotel areas were very clean and room was comfortable. Minor things with room: 1) When first got to room, no heat was on so had to warm up our room. 2) Had a suite with full size fridge and had to reset outlet breaker because fride was not working. 3) Missing a remote for tv in bedroom so had to walk between two rooms to use both tvs with one remote when wanted both tvs on. Bad experience with breakfast. Both mornings, food was running out/almost gone when arrived (and not at last minute of breakfast window) When looked for staff to see if would be refilling both mornings, could not find a person to help. Even with bad breakfast, would stay again because feel this problem can be addressed/fixed in future.
