Treat yourself to a beautiful and relaxing getaway right on the shore of the majestic Lake Superior. The moment you walk through the doors of this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath
home you will be filled with a warm and welcoming feeling as the entire home is perfectly set up with meaningful details of comfort and quality. Just 30 minutes from Downtown Duluth and 5 minutes North of Two Harbors, Fjordheim is a true gem set right on the shore of Lake Superior – you can barely get any closer to the water.

The kitchen is a spacious and bright room equipped with all the things you will need to prepare meals during your tranquil getaway. The dining room boasts a large dining table
that overlooks the lake. Whether you're enjoying a meal or playing a game from the bookshelves, this area exemplifies quality family time. From the dining room you can
stroll outside to the back patio to enjoy the view while grilling and listening to the waves crashing along the shore. During the warmer seasons you can venture out the backyard
to the rocky shore and count the stars from the built-in platform deck.

A movie lover's dream, the living room features comfortable seating, a large screen TV and surround sound system. Please feel free
to sign into any of your personal streaming services as the Roku guest mode allows you to select your check out date and will automatically sign you out of any personal
accounts upon departure. Although it is tough to compete with prime entertainment amenities, the view from the windows will take center stage. Lake Superior, no matter
the weather, can't be beat.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, the lakeside room features a queen bed, designated workspace, a smart TV and so many beautiful design details. The second bedroom features a woodland theme full of charm with two beds, another designated workspace, as well as another smart TV. Lastly, a full bathroom, powder room, and a laundry room finish off the main level of this home.

Wander upstairs to the master bedroom where the views are even more spectacular, and the comfort level is amped up. Here the panoramic view of the lake makes it perfect
to enjoy yoga and mindfulness, surrounded by the tranquil water view and the sound of the waves, immerse yourself in relaxation. Imagine waking up to a Lake Superior sunrise in a plush king bed or enjoying your morning coffee from the leather recliners. Not a morning person? Just close the blinds, grab yourself a sleeping mask located in the bedside drawer and sleep in, after all it is vacation. The master bedroom also has a walk-in closet with family friendly amenities such as a changing table and pack n' play crib for the little travelers. Across the hall is the master bathroom featuring a jetted tub where you can relax after a long day of hiking. Forgot something? Both bathrooms have extra toothbrushes, toothpaste and feminine hygiene products available for your use.

Kick back and relax knowing that this property has ample amenities that make your travel experience a breeze. We provide all kitchen and bathroom essentials, as well as
additional blankets, Duluth Coffee Company Coffee, Free WiFi, laundry and dryer, grill and private parking with a double garage.

Given the right conditions, one can view the spectacular Northern Lights. Although this is a rare event, we encourage you to check local weather news or a Northern Lights app.

The Lake
Please be aware of the potential dangers associated with Lake Superior's rocky shoreline. The rugged terrain, including very slippery rocks beneath the water's surface,
and the lake's unpredictable weather and currents, demand caution. For your safety, we strongly advise against swimming in the lake. Children should never be left
unsupervised. Extra caution must be taken in the colder winter months as ice build-up on the rocks creates additional risks. The property owner cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from disregarding these warnings. Your safety is our top priority, so please enjoy responsibly.

Slippery Driveway
Exercise caution during colder stays as water drainage across the driveway may lead to slippery ice buildup in freezing temperatures. Wet leaves and frost can cause slippery
conditions. Guests are advised to navigate the driveway carefully. The property owner is not liable for any injuries due to slippery conditions.

Propane amenities
For your safety, please exercise caution when using the gas stove, fireplace, and BBQ grill. Never leave them unattended while in use. Children should not use, nor be
unsupervised, near them. Please note the location of extinguishers and fire blankets. Enjoy these amenities responsibly.

Highway danger
The driveway of this rental property exits onto an often very busy highway, especially in the summer months. Please use extra caution when entering and exiting, ensuring a
safe transition onto the road. Your safety is paramount, drive with caution.

Guests are welcome to bring their own recreational equipment such as kayaks, canoes, and bikes, but must use them at their own risk. The property owner is not liable for any

Wonderful

This house was amazing! It was so clean, excellent communication from the start, comfortable, beautiful views. It is by a 2 lane highway but it is far back enough that it is quiet there. The house was fully supplied. There was nothing it was lacking. We will hopefully be back some day and would love to stay there again!

Good one day until septic failed

Septic failed first morning during showers. House smelled like sewage. Had to leave property for day. Property manager called and septic alarm fixed (we were told), and house aired out and toilets/drains cleaned. Same circus the next morning—septic failed and house smelled like shi__ literally. Someone came and reset alarm but house stunk all night. Plumber came and inspected while we were there. Needed parts for repair at some later time. Couldn’t really enjoy what could have been a nice vacation spot. Never even got an apology.
