« Marty was such a wonderful host. He greeted us and gave us the tour of this beautiful property! He gave us lots of good advice and was always available when I contacted him. The property was so perfect. Our family consisted of 2 couples and 3 grandkids (ages 17, 20 and 24). There was plenty of room to spread out but we mostly met outside at the hot tub and pool whenever we weren’t on excursions. The view was truly spectacular!!! « We had a wonderful week at James and Tara's villa. The photos of the property while nice, dont do justice to the actual home. We had a party of seven and there was plenty of room for all to have personal space when wanted as well as large communal space to enjoy together. The view from the front lanai was amazing for morning coffee, and the pool in the rear of the home was perfect for a late afternoon cool down. Thanks James and Tara for a beautiful week. « We absolutely loved our time at the beautiful Estate Hansen Bay. We stayed for eight days and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island, discovering beaches, and hiking the nearby trails. We also took full advantage of the beach access down the hill, which is both walkable and drivable.The snorkeling off the private beach was incredible—we saw numerous turtles, nurse sharks, large puffer fish, octopuses, stingrays, and hundreds of stunning fish. « Wonderful villa with gorgeous views from nearly every window, with tons of natural light. The pool area was super clean and even in winter, pool is in the sun. The little beach and cove area were great for snorkeling when the seas weren't too rough. The kitchen is very well stocked, the showers hot, and the a/c all over worked great! « It was an amazing experience! The views from the house were incredible. The wrap around deck afforded at least 270 views of coral bay. We met my daughter and son-in-law there and it was a great house. Both couples had privacy- yet there was a spacious kitchen and living room where we would have meals and also play games. « Beautiful views ! Love the close location to the amenities. This was a beautiful unique home in its prime . Great for our larger group. The kids loved the cat . A little bit differed house maintenance is the only reason this isn’t a five star . Like much of the island homes this isn’t as well maintained as some on the island ie St. John Great House . But this is still beautiful . »

"Outstanding apartment in Saint John. The location is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped, making the stay extremely comfortable from start to finish. Everything is well thought out, from the layout to the amenities, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The place is quiet, well maintained, and ideal for a relaxing stay in the Caribbean. Communication was smooth and professional, with clear instructions and excellent responsiveness. An excellent choice for Saint John — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
