It had a very nice view from the roof top and the description of getting up to it was very accurate but the air conditioner that was in the room did not work very well and it was very warm in there. « Very nice basic villa with beautiful Coral Bay views. Driveway is steep with a ridge at the top; if renting use a 4wd with good clearance. Stone wall in the parking area is a work of art! Easy drive to Skinny Legs and Coral Bay markets, not far to Maho and Francis Bay beaches. »

« This house is amazing! We have a group of 6 girlfriends that get together each summer for a trip. This year we traveled to St John and stayed at Sea Vista Villa. David the owner was great with communication and left the most detailed information book for guests to enjoy everything on the island. The house has every amenity for all your needs, including pool toys and beach chairs, umbrella, shade tent, and floats! The views are the best the islands have to offer!! We plan to return!!! »
