« Lera, the owener, is thoughtful, kind and generaous. She gave us detailed direction and instructions on use of applicance ahead of time. As soon as we entered the villa, a welcome gift box was waiting for us (rum, bottled water, coffe, tea, and snacks). Beach chairs and cooler are available too. Edward, the property manager, is also helpful. He responded to our questions and request quickly. We encountered power outage due to thunderstorm a couple of times during our stay. « We loved the place. The views alone make the trip worth it. We spent our week exploring area beaches and snorkeling. It was easy to navigate the island and there are good food/drinks/beach options just down the road from the villa. We spent every morning drinking tea on the veranda and every evening watching the sunset. Will plan to visit again in the future for sure. »

« Loved the location The pool and the deck offered great views of long bay. Snorkling was great. House could of been a little cleaner,floors needed a good cleaning. No broom to sweep floor or deck. Beds were not that comfortable maybe time for new mattresses. Overall the house was great but it could have used some minor cosmetic repairs around pool area. « This property is STUNNING. It truly made our multi-generational family trip to St. Thomas so special. The layout of the house and incredible infinity pool overlooking the water were perfection. The pool was perfect for all ages- even the little kids were contained and had a blast! Brent helped us with an easy check-in and check-out and everything at the house is beautifully curated and well thought out. We can’t wait to go back! »

« We had 11 people it slept and housed us comfortably.The pros of this location. The upper unit was remodeled, spacious, clean and airy. The upper balcony gave great views and ocean breeze. The driveway goes to the door directly connecting to the top level which was very convenient. Appliances, kitchen and bathrooms were well working, clean and had good hot water. « Up on the Rocks is lovely, with comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and nicely-landscaped grounds. The property manager, Henry, was responsive and friendly. Terrific view. The driveway is very steep and takes some getting used to. »
