Seem to be some elicit activities on the property. Breakfast could have been better. It was very affordable though so maybe I'm just too picky.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Did not realize there wasn't an elevator so left some belongings in car. Neighborhood ok n right off expressway.

I did not like the air freshener all around. It gave me a headache and felt sick. Mgr kindly disabled them on my floor since I was there all week. Staff very accommodating. Will return.

My stay was not good. The room smelled like urine. I was very unhappy with this stay. I informed the front desk at checkout. She said they’d let housekeeping know. That room needs a deep clean.

Went to visit friends and needed a place to stay for a couple nights. Very nice, clean, and friendly staff. We will stay again.

We've stayed here a few times and while the hotel is becoming a little dated it has always been clean and comfortable. The staff is always awesome and they keep the common areas very clean

Staff not so helpful, only one luggage cart and hard to find, never asked if we needed our garbage taken out or coffee in tge 2 days we stayed there. Stayed at alot better places for less

Room was not that comfortable-old wooden chair only sitting chair. No room for luggage glad we had 2 beds put luggage on second bed. The juice was out dated. Had a lot of problem because our flight was canceled first night neither the hotel or hotel.com wanted to issue a credit. Flight was not canceled until late Monday night. When we checked out the lady on duty gave us a credit. I will never use hotel.com I thought I was speaking with the hotel not motel .com when I made the reservation.

Seemed kind of shady. A guy who was either drunk or high was sitting on the pavement in front of the entrance. I was a little nervous checking in with just myself and my daughter. The room was okay but the carpets were stained.

We had a problem with our room the first night, and the desk staff were incredibly helpful and moved us for the second night of our stay.

Great front desk guy but It could be cleaner.
Joshua front desk clerk was very kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was a 5 or 6 at best. The only room available was a handicap room and I killed 3 flying bugs in it. The tissue box was empty and the roll of bathroom tissue was used by prior people since it was almost an empty roll. The remote control was nasty, slimy and sticky. I was sure nothing was cleaned throughly. The sheets were dingy and I was afraid to lay on the pillow. Still, it was better than a run down motel.
