Stay close to the action at the University of Alabama in this top floor corner unit, just two blocks from Bryant-Denny Stadium!
You'll be able to get to the football field quickly, easily, and with plenty of energy left for tailgating and cheering the Tide on to victory (or root for the other guys if you must - we won't hold it against you)! The Strip is also nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat before the game or find a place to celebrate afterward. If you're in town for graduation, Coleman Coliseum is one mile straight down Paul W. Bryant Drive.
The open concept living room/kitchen allows everyone to be together while you stream Hulu+Live TV, Disney+, ESPN, and Netflix content on the 55" Vizio smart TV (streaming services included!), or listen to your own music on the Apple HomePod Mini via Apple AirPlay.
First and second bedrooms each boast comfortable 12" memory foam mattresses to help you luxuriate in a great night's sleep. Get in late? Curtains layered over Venetian blinds will keep the sun out so you can hit snooze all morning. Anker power cubes with AC/USB-A/USB-C ports on each nightstand offer a convenient method for powering up all your devices while you rest.
The desk and chair in the first bedroom are perfect for getting a little work done. Or, relax in bed while you stream content on the 50" LG smart TV.
Shower with ease using Moen handheld showerheads and enjoy a little extra room thanks to curved curtain rods in each bathroom. Basic starter toiletries are provided for your convenience. Washer and dryer are available in unit.

Please note: Condo is on the third floor, up two flights of outside stairs. There is a single outside elevator shared by the complex (12 units), which is currently down for repair as of August 2025. The status of the elevator/timeline for repair is unfortunately beyond our control.
This condo is fully licensed as a short term rental unit; mandatory state and local taxes are charged as required by law.
