*For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.

• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with.



Additional Guest Fee:

• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 4 people.
