My family and I loved many things about the Land of Oz. This Condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked. I can not say enough about how fully stocked this Condo was. The Hosting management company provided plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags for our 4-night stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, silverware, cups, glasses, and baking ware. There was just about every small appliance you would possibly need. Tools were provided in case we decided to grill on the patio. What was incredibly nice was a highchair, and a step stool for our grandbabies was already in the unit. The Condo represented Alabama well in very subtle ways, from the color of the dishes and coffee cups to some pictures on the wall. I can not say enough about the view from the outside covered patio; that was serene, comfortable, and VERY spacious. We sat out there a lot. There are televisions in every bedroom, including the outdoor patio, with service provided through Xfinity. The Xfinity service allowed us to watch live TV without worrying about streaming from our devices or logging on to our streaming services, although that was an option also.
The location was absolutely excellent and centrally located. This location is right above Another Broken Egg and the River. There is also a nail salon below the unit and a boutique and exercise business. It is right on the Riverwalk walking trail with a small playground for toddlers and seconds from being on the University of Alabama Campus, and minutes to the stadium.
Additionally, there is an instruction book in the unit that explains everything you need to know about your stay in the unit. We hated to leave! I highly recommend this unit.
Lastly, I can not say enough about the effective communication of the host. Effective communication is essential to ensure your needs will be met before, during, and after your stay. They are very responsive and have the best customer service ever!
