« Where to start? Night staff when we checked in sent us to the wrong room... found out later he didn't even read my name on my driver's license correctly. Got our reservation all confused. Room was like a cave, the lighting was so dark. Iron didn't work and the OTHER night staff guy seemed mystified as to what to do about it. And forget about asking for extra pillows. Pool was out of order. We've been "Hilton people" for years, but experiences like this (not the first) have us rethinking and...

« The room and the property itself was very nice and visually pleasing. Plenty of parking and so much in the area for food and shopping. »

« The cabin sits on a beautiful piece of land that my family absolutely loved. It is nicely laid out and very accommodating for multiple people to sleep. We are from the city so the bugs in the cabin were a new thing for my girls to experience, but wasn’t too bad. Lol However, the intense sulfur in the water was not ideal for brushing teeth and showering. Other than that, everything else was great. The beds are very comfortable too. »
