Intimité et luxe urbain: un appartement superbe, central, proche de tout!

Donnant sur la place Carlo Emanuele, notre appartement est la base parfaite pour explorer Turin ou pour des engagements d'étude ou de travail. Immergez-vous dans la culture, la nourriture et le divertissement juste à votre porte. Cet appartement historique, niché dans l'ancien ghetto juif, présente des plafonds en bois et des meubles soigneusement choisis qui créent une atmosphÚre cosy et accueillante !

Une fois franchie la petite entrĂ©e, vous ĂȘtes accueilli dans un salon et une cuisine spacieux et confortables. L'appartement offre deux espaces de couchage distincts, chacun Ă©quipĂ© d'une chambre double et d'une salle de bain. Et, bien sĂ»r, de nombreux espaces de rangement et un hĂŽte de commoditĂ©s sont fournis pour assurer votre confort.

En 2022, nous avons entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© la suite avec une attention particuliĂšre Ă  l'efficacitĂ© Ă©nergĂ©tique : des vannes thermostatiques intelligentes, la climatisation avec une pompe Ă  chaleur de pointe, des appareils Ă  faible consommation, un Ă©clairage complet Ă  LED et des cadres de fenĂȘtres en bois Ă  triple vitrage. Nous avons Ă©galement choisi des matĂ©riaux respectueux de l'environnement partout : des peintures et revĂȘtements Ă  base d'eau, et des sols en bois ou en rĂ©sine Ă  base d'eau. Nous avons aussi privilĂ©giĂ© l'hygiĂšne, avec des Ă©quipements sanitaires suspendus et un systĂšme de climatisation Ă©quipĂ© d'une fonction anti-Covid. Les façades extĂ©rieures de l'immeuble ont Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© rafraĂźchies en novembre-dĂ©cembre 2022.

Great place close to all sightseeing!

We had a great stay at Elena and Enrico’s place. The appartement is well equipped and centrally located close to many good restaurants and sightseeing in walking distance. The communication was great and Elena and Enrico shared many recommendations with us. The ice creams just below the appartement are really good!

Absolutely fabulous stay! The apartment was superb and soon felt like home! Elena and Enrico were kind, informative, communicative and helpful hosts! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It can get quite lively in the beautiful piazza below but the apartment blocks out most of the sound! Perfect location for walking to everything! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful and great location

We were two couples sharing the beautiful apartment. The 2 equal size bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy to share. The apartment is so pretty and comfortable. The location was amazing, we could walk everywhere. Great coffee and gelato right downstairs. Elena, the owner was there at check in to show us around the place, which was great.

I’m sorry we didn’t have more time in Turin as Casa Carlina was a stunning apartment in a great location. Esme, who checked us in, couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend the apartment!

Fantastic Apartment

We loved our 2-week stay at Elena and Enrico’s charming apartment. The apartment itself was perfect. It had room to relax together in the living room, as well as privacy in the two separated bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The location was great, on a beautiful piazza with lots of shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. (The piazza can be noisy, especially on weekend nights, but the windows do a very good job of shutting out the noise. However, if you are very sensitive to noise, ear plugs will take care of any remaining ambient noise.). It also is conveniently located near a number of museums, and it was easy to take buses/trams to other spots that were a little further away. I really appreciated the elevator as well, for our luggage as well as when my arthritic knee was unable to handle the stairs. Elena and Enrico were very helpful, always responding quickly to our questions. Elena greeted me at check-in and explained all the ins and outs of the apartment. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Look no further, Perfection.. On all levels!

From the greeting at the door, to every single detail (lots of hangers, big closets, spices, GOOD toilet paper, comfy beds and pillows, laundry soap, dish soap, lots of paper towels, suggestions on restaurants, things to do.. etc.).. they definitely care about you when they open the door to their home! The location was perfect! We walked to every thing including a grocery store. This was our final place to stay on our two week adventure through Italy/paris and was our favorite place!! This was a home not a bed and bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. Updated, easy to get comfy in! We want to come back and stay for a month!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! We will be back!!

Four of us spent five days in Torino. The apartment was perfectly located, and very easy to use. It was a very classy place with great art and decoration. The rooms and bathrooms all worked out well for us after a day wondering the city.

Wonderful Holiday Stay

The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a fabulous stay. The flat is gorgeous, warm, roomy and very clean. It sits above a wonderful coffee and pastry shop and we woke to amazing smells every morning. The location is perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect!

From beginning to end, our stay at this charming flat was all that we had hoped for in Torino. Right on the palazzo, we felt embraced by local life and the culture of this wonderful city. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Our host was helpful and communicative and made us feel welcome from the get-go.
