« Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire. »

« We had an excellent stay. All of the staff we spoke to were super friendly and polite. The room was lovely, and the staff had gone to the extra effort to decorate for my partners birthday, which was a really nice surprise for him. We enjoyed using the spa, the bar and the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect base for exploring the local area, and somewhere we could come back and relax in the evenings. All for a very reasonable rate, would stay again. »

« I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
