However, the $100.00 deposit is required and is on site when you are making reservations that we require cash deposit. We did refund in the morning when you came to check out. Thank you for letting us know about your stay. However it was not our intention to make you feel that you were doing something wrong. We did change remote batteries and checked out the remote before giving to the guest. We were trying to help if there was any issue with the TV we will come and check out. As we stated before we were just trying to help and not to make a guest uncomfortable. Our lobby is closed due to increase of Pandemic in our state and have limited access. Once again we sincerely Apologize for the issue.
