« I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.. »

« Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

« Great little cottage central to all amenities, communication from the host was excellent with detailed information about our stay and things to do and see. »

« I made a booking for this house but a day before my trip the house I was staying in got swapped for another after the cancellation period. We arrived at the property and it was unclean with a smell of cigarettes, rotting chicken and rotting vegetables. The sheets were not clean, the tub was dirty and the toilet was filthy. All the provided cookware such as mugs were disgusting. It was such a bad smell that we couldn’t sleep so we left at 3 AM »
