« A wonderful place to celebrate our birthdays & see in the New Year together. The property was spacious enough for our family of 9, clean, comfortable & beauifully furnished & decorated. The hot tub was an added bonus which we used every day & at night! Stunning location, with amazing views and just a short drive to Battle and Hastings/Bexhill. Great Communication with the host. Would highly recommend. »

« It’s our third year going to The Coach House for our annual Christmas celebration with our friends and everything was perfect as always. The house is super well equipped, clean, and spacious, Brian is a wonderful host and responds really quickly. We could not recommend it enough! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Water Farm House and regretted not staying longer. The interiors were perfectly designed and functional to house 11-12 Guests. The house was spotless! We ate at the Tiger Inn which was also great and then wondered over to Brabourne vineyard which was about a 30 minute walk and would highly recommend as an activity in the area when staying. I would definitely stay here again and with Keepers cottages on future staycations »

"Very practical, functional and quiet. For a late arrival or early departure and easy access to the terminal this is a great solution. Nice to have hot beverages freely accessible. My room was quite small, and the shower in the same room as the toilet and sink (with nothing to prevent water from getting everywhere) could be complicated for some. I wouldn’t want to share this room with another person. I’m glad I got a room with a window. The bed was big and comfortable. I was glad to have bottled water in the room as well. It’s not a hotel room where you want to spend much time but that’s not the point. All the personnel I met (at reception or in the hallways or beverage room) were extremely helpful, friendly, smiley without being fake. I would come back without hesitation."
