« OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and good facilities. The room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa is very nice. Breakfast good. staff helpful. Tunbridge Wells is a lovely town and worth a visit. Lots of restaurants and bars and the Pantiles area is a pleasant 15 minutes walk either along the road or through the wooded area beside the road that also runs past ‘The Rocks’ and the cricket ground."

"Bon hôtel pour une nuit à l'aéroport. Digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais reste classique et est vraiment très très cher (47 euros). Le personnel de la réception pour le check in et out fait le minimum....Pas désagréable, mais trop juste pour un 4 étoiles...Dommage."
