Us here at Selina were equally as choked as you and your family were. Unfortunately this is not an event that we had expected that would have occurred here and therefore the training had not been put in place properly to do with this situation. We would again like to apologise that our staff were not as attentive and helpful regarding this situation as you would have liked.Again, unfortunately some of our facilities such as our pool area and others were closed temporarily due to this incident and we are sorry that this caused an inconvenience, however this issue was out of our hands.We hope that in the future that nothing like this will occur again, however in cause of any serious event occurring we will ensure that proper training will be put in place to deal with this properly.Once again thank you for your feedback.
