We left 10min after checking in. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. The bedroom itself was dirty the area It's extremely unsafe as you see homeless people walking around it and besides that front desk guy was extremely careless of us complaining about the situation.

Housekeeping kept coming into my room without notice. The fire alarm kept going off, and the linen was not changed stayed there for a week housekeeping made bed with the same linen with the same big dirty spots on the linening. Charged my card 4 times for the secured deposit and added room service on my bill from another person's room. Had another person's name under my room. Have not refunded the deposit yet.

Claire,The area we are located in is not the greatest, but we do everything in our power to keep anyone from loitering on the property or bothering our guests. As for the other issues, we will address this immediately.

The area around the hotel is not so good. The staff was all really nice. For the neighborhood though it was pretty quiet at night.

We booked it for an early flight we had the next morning. As soon as we pulled onto the property, I didn’t feel safe going in. I instantly left and found a different place. There were people walking around everywhere and sitting in the parking lot staring at you. Since it was after 4 PM, I didn’t get my money back.

The Tulsa airport area does not give the best vibes safety wise, but this hotel felt less seedy than the several motels nearby. The room was well-appointed but the shower was an issue. My shower head leaked badly, so after my first night I reported the issue. I retuned to the hotel about 23 hours later and the issue was not resolved and there was no note or message that anyone had even tried to repair the shower. This hotel is just a few caring people away from being a pretty good hotel. The free breakfast was a generic continental breakfast and nothing at all to be excited about.

Perla was pleasant at the front desk. She was very professional. I had a room on the first floor. The heating system was loud. I did not mention it to the staff. It stopped intermittently. I liked that the hotel was within a few miles from the airport and I did not hear any planes. I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice and filling with several options - carbs, fruit, eggs, hot options, yogurt. Vegetarian options was a plus. I would stay there again.

The AC in the room was not working the hot water wasn’t working it kept going on and off , the breakfast food was still frozen in the middle and the beds were very itchy and dirty. There was also a loud fight that broke out around 3/4am right outside our window and the homeless slept outside and came inside to bother us and ask us for change. Not worth the price.

When I arrived at the property I was greeted with a smile and great hospitality. Destiny, Helped us throughout our stay going above and beyond her duties. She turned our stay into a five star experience.The other staff members were good. There was only one gentleman on Saturday that wasn't inviting. My room was clean and the custodial staff was friendly as well. I would book this hotel the next time I visit Tulsa.

Well bed was very uncomfortable No blankets or sheets for pull out No pillows for pullout Next door had there tv full blast all night called office nothing was done Breakfast was very bad No syrup in macine No yougurt in yugurt machine Apple juice tasted sour Gravy was like water When you tell lady in breakfast She would go back kitchen never come out I waited 45 minutes Went to eat cereal no milk
