Well they were very strict about having no dogs but by the time we got into the room it stunk of residual marijuana smoke. Neither my girlfriend and I smoke so I can tell right away. Other than that the room was clean, but it was definitely a good stench of Marijuana

Staying here was a nightmare. Pulling into the parking lot, I could immediately tell the area was not very safe. Upon checking in, the manager was rude and called someone a “moron” on the phone while I was checking in. We chose this hotel because it was labeled as pet friendly, but we were told we would have to book a second room because we had 2 dogs. I was told this was “company policy,” but I stayed at another Best Western 2 nights later and they said that multiple pets are allowed in one room. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all night, the bedsheets had yellow stains on them, and when checking out in the morning the staff was incredibly rude. Overall, this was a bad experience and I don’t recommend staying at this location.

For the price you can't beat it. Other comparable rated hotels in area are horrible. The hotel is older but was very well clean the towels were nice clean and soft. Although not in the greatest area of town it site kinda secluded on its own making for a safer feel on the property. I was very very happy with it. And they have smoking rooms, A for us smokers. I'll be a return guest when ever in Tulsa.

This is probably the best motel in Tulsa, that also has smoking. The prices are phenomenal, the rooms are SUPER clean, and it has a Subway right in the motel. I came for one night and ended up staying, basically, a week. The room I am in has been absolutely fantastic. Everything is nice, tidy, and actually smells good even though it's a smoking room!! I'm very impressed by every aspect of this and I will be staying here every time I visit Tulsa (which is about every month).

We were supposed to be in a non smoking room but was put in a smoking room instead. It had an extremely bad smell. On the last night we stayed we noticed very few people were at the hotel and so we asked the clerk if we could change to a non smoking room. She refused to switch our room and told us the only way we could switch rooms would be if we paid for another one, she absolutely could care less about making a customer more comfortable.

This is an older hotel and I would rate it average at best. My complaint is with the staff. I had to listen to the lady behind the counter be rude, obnoxious and condescending with the party checking in front of me. They should have cancelled their reservation but I guess they had paid money in advance. If the clerk worked for me, I would have relieved her of her employment duties on the spot. There's no excuse and those things are just unacceptable when dealing with a customer.

Overall, staff was pleasant and helpful. The court yard was pretty and well kept. Nice hot breakfast was appreciated. Had 2 issues with the room. 1) Found and killed 10 roaches during our stay. 2) There was no cold water. The shower and faucet had warm and hot water, but no cold water to take meds. One of the staff knew exactly what was happening and said this has been going on for some time and the management has nor corrected it. The warm water was indeed appreciated, but was not what we expected. In the end, we appreciated the location and staff efforts. Not sure if we will stay again.
