Please note: There are no public boat launches or rental services available in the area, so we’re unable to accommodate motorboats. However, guests are welcome to enjoy the water using the two kayaks provided for your use during your stay.

★★INITIAL SUPPLIES★★

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older.
- Pets welcome (up to 2). Add them to your reservation and keep them off beds and furniture.
- Please close and cover the grill after use.
- Parking is limited to 4 cars by town ordinance.
- Motorboats can`t be accommodated (no public boat launches nearby). The two kayaks are yours to use.
- If anything breaks, please tell us right away.
