« Pros - The accommodations were roomy and spotless and modern! The grounds were a golf course and beautifully manicured. Close to the fishing, quiet, nice views. Although I didn't use it, the huge fire pit is a win! The restaurant was fine. I will definitely use this place again!!Cons - The barmaid could use a course in hospitality. They thought that they should tell me how my review should be rated. I found that a bit off putting. Definitely a fine place for a weekend or a week! »

« Our visit to the treehouse was amazing. Our host's provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. They paid so much attention to every single detail. Even left us robs to use! We did go out to Beak & Skiff and visited a couple of the local waterfalls but couldn't wait to get back to have a drink on the swing by the babbling brook. So pretty at night with everything lit up! Such a relaxing vacation and when it was time for bed the sounds of the owls and brook were like a lullaby! »

« Amazing little cottage in the lake! Just as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. The area was calm and peaceful just like we wanted, but any activities weren’t that far away to drive. The boat rental place was just down the road which was also convenient for fishing. Amazing sunset views and the hosts little attention to detail made for a relaxing, stress free stay. Would definitely book again! »

« Our visit was perfect! The house was very comfortable, and the lawn and porch were perfect to spend most of our time outside and for our kids to run around/be in the lake. It was great to have so many ways to enjoy the lake with kayaks, paddleboards, etc. Victoria was super helpful and so responsive to any question. Highly recommend this property! »

« Far exceeded our expectations. Supplied most of our needs plus! Had plenty of room for everyone. The deck was such a treat overlooking the lake and made for a super relaxing retreat whether enjoying an early morning cup of coffee or late evening view of the lake and wildlife. Of course swimming and kayacking was a major highlight. The grandkids loved it and asked if we were going again next year!!! It was easy contacting the host for any issues. You will be amazed at the woodwork display...

« Great cottage near the southern tip of Otisco lake, it's a little south of the causeway that divides the lake so there are generally calmer waters. We had some problems with bees the first night or two, but once we figured out where they were coming from, the owners were very responsive and got an exterminator out right away. Turns out the buggers were actually in the wall, behind the siding, but they were taken care of. Overall a great place that was just right for 5 of us. One thing to note is...

« We loved our stay. We booked the house to use for getting ready for our wedding and to relax for a couple days after. When we checked in there was a minor bug issue outside that the owner promptly came over to take care of and it was clear for the rest of the trip. He also came to help us out when we discovered a propane tank was empty, he switched it out and had us going in no time. The house is amazing, my mother commented about wanting to buy it just to have that view out the front window...

« This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two couples, two dogs, and an infant! Plenty of space inside, clean, and comfortable. The deck is particularly special! We made good use of the fire pit as well. It's location is fantastic: right on the lake, 30-ish minutes from Ithaca, and close to some amazing hikes, wineries, breweries, cider houses, etc. The owners provided excellent information and were very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...
