Palaces à Tuchoměřice

« Thank you for hosting me for my recent stay. The booking process through Expedia was smooth, and the location was easy to find. It’s a clean area, there’s also a shop within walking distance, access to the trams as well. I appreciate the effort of the staff and hope the property continues to welcome future guests. »

« The check-in process was terrible. We never got any check-in information or any info about our keys. When we got there, the property was locked, the host wasn’t answering any calls and we had to stand outside for a while until we started banging on the door loudly and a construction worker opened the door. He then connected us to someone who gave us the code and we were finally able to get in. However, soon after settling in, we realised that the water supply was cut off. The host got in touch...

« Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The only negative point is how to reach the hotel. I received detailed information but it sadly needs revising. The pedestrian guide just does not work. I tried to walk to the hotel but went astray after terminal 1. When I asked in a café, the staff expressed surprise that I was even trying. Just take a bus to U Hangaru. I did and expected to find the hotel--as they claimed--"right in front of the hotel" This is just not true. In...

« hotel molto bello »

« Noisy, people speaking, thin wall and water pipes noises »
