« We paid approximately $260 for the room, upon arrival at around 5:30 PM, we were informed by the front desk that the air conditioning system had been turned off but was “fixed” and would begin cooling shortly. We left for the Braves game expecting the issue to be resolved. However, when we returned around 11:00 PM, the air conditioning was still not working, and the room remained uncomfortably hot. At that time, I spoke with the front desk again and was told we could either receive a refund...

« The room was clean and the majority of the staff provided good service. There were so cosmetic issues with the property and the elevators were a little concerning. Given it was a busy weekend the hotel was sold out, which lead to lukewarm showers and lots of slamming doors. Take screenshots of quoted prices and options selected on Expedia. My total was more than $100 higher and I was charged prior to my arrival but could not “prove” my claims. »

« Great place to stay to go to Truist Park. They provided a ride to the game (uphill) and we walked home (not far and downhill). Staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are very small and the breakfast area is small and dysfunctional. Even though it is not great I would stay again if I return to Truist because of the staff, cost and location. »

« Room was adorable, had a king bed, sitting area and large bathroom with full size mirrors. Check-in was easy and fast. There were only two towels in the room though, I needed a third for my hair. Pro-tip: park in the parking garage on the 6th floor and go into the lobby there for checkin. Love that for two nights we didn’t have to drive and could enjoy ourselves at the local restaurants at The Battery. »

« The room was very clean, and the view of the interstate was nice. The location was extremely convenient for us since we were attending an Atlanta Braves game, and the mall was less than 15 minutes away. Overall, it was a great hotel with a really good view. »

« The staff were very nice, I will not dispute that. But I would say, they are very disorganized with their refund. It's been more than 2 weeks since I checked out, and I haven't received my refund. They're excuse was that they had refunded it to my expedia account, which doesn't make sense, becasue I paid with my card. I find that very unprofessional. Also, they didn't mention that I had to pay for parking. So beware of that. That would come out of the amount you put down for your stay »
