« On Saturday morning we didnt have electricity so around 11 the firefighters were there to fix something that burn, nobody inform anyone about what happened. The air condirioning didnt work all saturday and sunday and still nobody come or text us about it. When i asked for some sort of credit they said that is not our problem because my reservation was made through Expedia. I dont appreciate how they treat us or orher guests. I wont recommend it. »

« Staff was amazing. There was this front desk gentlemen named Miguel and was so helpful during my stay and definitely deserves a raise for his great service. Would recommend and if I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay again at this hotel. »

« Our room was very clean, however, the fourth floor often had a very pungent odor. The room was very hot, and it took a long time for it to cool down, but it still never felt like what the thermostat read. The shower would never reach a hot water temperature, and stayed lukewarm and cool. Breakfast was pretty good, however, it was cleared out before 9:30, when it was stated to end. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay. I just don't think it was worth the cost based on all of these factors. »

« Room was adorable, had a king bed, sitting area and large bathroom with full size mirrors. Check-in was easy and fast. There were only two towels in the room though, I needed a third for my hair. Pro-tip: park in the parking garage on the 6th floor and go into the lobby there for checkin. Love that for two nights we didn’t have to drive and could enjoy ourselves at the local restaurants at The Battery. »

« At check-in, the attendant, was unprofessional on her phone the whole time. I checked into the room and loaded all my belongings come to find out the room was completely flooded near the bed and the couch. Let know that I would need a new room seem bothered and refused to check the additional room to see if there was any flooding before I moved. I asked to speak to a manager who was completely unprofessional irritated and did not want to work and have any hospitality for the situation caused...
