« Beach is beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make accommodations for a friend with disabilities. I was really impressed! The door on the balcony did not lock but I did feel safe as I was on the 3rd floor. One day I put the sign out to have my room cleaned and it was mistaken for a do not disburse sign. If you want service, don't put up a sign. Lots of food options. »

« My stay at Secret Harbour Grenada was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth, kindness, and outstanding hospitality.

« The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement. »
