• Parking: 3 cars allowed. Home has 2-car garage. Additional parking in driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
• Town of Truckee: 001126;
• Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
• Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
•Exterior security cameras on property.
