Take a much-needed vacation down to California for an unforgettable trip! You'll be placed conveniently by Donner Memorial State Park, where a beautiful shimmering lake awaits you. You're also located in Tahoe Donner, which has fantastic amenities, including golf, tennis, a ski hill less than two miles away, a gym, and swimming pools. In winter months, bundle up and enjoy downhill skiing at Palisades, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, or Northstar - all within 16 miles from home.

Return after a fun-filled day out on the town and step in through the front door and into the wide and spacious living area, complete with comfortable furnishings for you and your friends to relax on. With a true cabin-like feel, you're sure to feel right at home. Cook a delicious meal in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances for your convenience. You'll have the choice of warming up beside two fireplaces, so throw a blanket on and huddle up by the fire with a nice warm cup of cocoa. Gather around the sectional and stream your favorite movie with some popcorn! Once the night begins to settle, hop into some pajamas and slip under the covers for a good night's sleep.

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Jan 17-19 (MLK Day)
Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
