The living room offers a cozy queen-size Murphy bed and even has room for a rollaway twin bed, ensuring flexibility for your guests.

In addition, you’ll discover a separate one-bedroom apartment that radiates warmth and elegance, featuring a luxurious queen-size bed and ample space for a rollaway twin bed in the living area—perfect for accommodating friends or family.

Outdoors, the property presents two stunning patios. One patio, with breathtaking lake views, is accessed through large patio doors, while the other is a beautifully shaded retreat—ideal for enjoying those sunny afternoons, accessed from the kitchen.

To top it all off, the primary suite features a lovely soaking tub overlooking the lush lawn and adjacent creek, providing a serene escape where you can unwind and appreciate the soothing sounds of nature. This property truly offers a wonderful blend of comfort and tranquillity!

You will have full access to the home and patio areas for both the home and the apartment.

We genuinely enjoy meeting our guests; however, we also respect your privacy preferences. Please inform us if you would prefer a self-check-in and messaging service instead of an in-person meeting. This is your vacation, and we understand that many guests arrive tired after a long day of travel, eager to settle in and relax—possibly with a beverage! :)

We are in a wonderful gated community. Not far from the cutest little town in Guanacaste.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 5 hours of daylight ( considering the time to get through customs, immigration and pick up a rental car) we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners` protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible.
