Great choice in Tromsø
Great location in the city centre. Spacious room - fabulous breakfast. However, room cleaning is not done in the morning, but very late in the afternoon when we were back in the room after a full day out - so the room has not been cleaned for 3 days!

Hôtel au standard norvégien, situé à proximité du petit centre-ville. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Excellent petit déjeuner. Tout est une question de goût mais la décoration et l’harmonie des couleurs sont très très particulières…

Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé.
Hôtel très bien situé dans Tromso en plein centre ville proche d’un parking abordable , ce qui est rare à Tromso. Proche d’un des meilleurs restaurants de la ville ( Suvi), l’hôtel est propre et confortable très moderne. L’accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est disponible. Bon wifi et grand écran plat dans la chambre bien agencée par ailleurs! Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Super hôtel, réception jusqu'à 00h mais nous avions prévenu que nous n arriverions qu à 00h30,avec l hurtigruten qui accostait vers 00he réceptionniste mangeait, en nous attendant, il à de suite laisser son assiette et est venu nous donner notre chambre. Celle ci propre, spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est génial, gargantuesque.

Belle chambre, assez grande pour deux, lits confortables. Le ménage n'a pas été complétement fait il restait une boite de pizza dans un meuble sinon ça pouvait aller. Il manque une tablette ou étagère dans la salle de bain, il y aurait largement la place pour, alors que là il n'y a la place que pour une petite trousse de toilette sur le lavabo. La douche n'est pas pratique, on met de l'eau partout en faisant le plus attention possible. J'ai rarement vu un petit déjeuner aussi complet et bon, produits de bonne qualité, beaucoup de variétés, un bon choix d'aliments sans gluten, un vrai plaisir chaque matin. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé en plein centre ville. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Trop de temps au moment du check in. Beaucoup de monde avait reservé des chambres dans thon hotel en face alors que l'etablissement etait fermé et n'ouvrait que le lendemain. Le premier jour la chambre n'a pas été faite. En dehors de cela. Petits déjeuner trés qualitatifs, salle de sport trés bien equipé

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was super convenient. The room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Our only issue was that the room was not always restocked with cups and such. And there was a couple days that we didn't have the cleaning crew didn't come in and do the whole turnover. But, overall the hotel was clean and we would stay there again!

The hotel is near everything in the city. The room are small but confortable. The maid forgot to replace the glasses, the mugs and the coffee and didn't clean well the room.

Nice large room with space to put our clothes. It was nice to have a safe. The large light by the door was not working when we arrived on the Saturday afternoon so I reported it to reception. The room was obviously not checked properly beforehand to check everything was working and correct. On the Monday we had the do not disturb sign on the door as was not well. Tuesday maintenance said they had fixed it but it still was not working. I was not sure why maintenance lied about fixing the light when they didn’t. Wednesday it was fixed but only went on if the light by the bed was switched on. We put the towels in the correct place on Tuesday to be changed and they never got replaced so I had to ask reception to change them. Thursday a pillowcase was left on the settee and no clean one put on the pillow that was left on the floor. The bathroom was set at 30 degrees which was very uncomfortable. The only place to plug the kettle in was either crawling on the floor to the plug under the table or balancing the kettle on the round pouffe by the bed. A health and safety hazard. I had to ask for more hangers as there were only 7. We were there for a week. The road noise was very loud 24/7 as the windows do not lessen any noise plus the cars have the winter tyres on which are louder anyway. Had to wear ear plugs but still got woken up every night by the noise. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

We ask for a room with a view as it was our daughter's 1st bday. We've got a room on the 2nd floor even though there are 6 which is a shame. There were lots of hair left in the shower floor but otherwise room was clean. It's a bit dated, clearly a cheaper Tromso hotel. We stayed in thor svolvaer before thor Tromso and had much better experience.

Sehr gute Lage, alles was mir wichtig war, befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (das wusste ich aber, deshalb habe ich ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel gebucht). Sehr ruhig obwohl zentral gelegen. Wirklich nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Falls ich irgendwann wieder Tromsø besuche, werde ich wieder Gast in diesem Hotel sein. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter!

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was great. And the location was perfect, bang in the centre of everything. The rooms are small and we only had a tiny window. As far as prices go in tromso it wasnt too bad. It is definitely worthwhile getting somewhere that has breakfast included as it is so expensive to eat out.

Für die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie nicht ok, anderes
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und bemängeln vor allem das inakzeptable Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für unsere Buchung in der Kategorie Superior. Das zugewiesene Zimmer hatte kaum Tageslicht - drister Ausblick in den Hinterhof an die nächste Wand und auf Lüftungsschäche. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.  Positiv: Das Frühstücksbuffet
