Villa Petruzia is a spacious and welcoming two-story residence surrounded by the greenery and facing the Dolomiti Lucane mountains. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Petruzia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the mountains and of the greenery. Villa Petruzia is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Trivigno. You will find the closest restaurant at 11 km (roughly 6.8 miles) and a grocery store at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles).
You will reach Villa Petruzia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Petruzia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to 12 cars.
Villa Petruzia is tended by the owner, who resides in another building with separate entrance on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a wood roof and by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the greenery. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-October.
Terrace
The terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 26 steps. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by awnings. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the Dolomiti Lucane mountains.
Patio 1
The first patio is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by awnings. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs and with tables, chairs and an hammock. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the Dolomiti Lucane mountains.
Main Building, Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa and armchairs. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). There is a small fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. Here you will find a game table. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through four French doors.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The dining table can accommodate 18 guests. The room has a small high window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has two windows.
Half bath
