Bel endroit, une bonne "vibe" s'y dégage. L'édifice au complet respire l'histoire. Proche de tout, les déjeuners sont généreux et excellents. Nice place, good vibe. The buildind transpire history. Everything is near, breakfast are huge and tasty.

Notre chambre était bien propre, grande et bien éclairée (trois belles fenêtres). C'est une belle grande ancienne maison avec son cachet unique. La responsable s'assure de notre installation et est avenante. Je recommande et j'y retournerais.

This is a quaint yet comfortable Inn. It has old world charm in addition to all modern amenities. We felt welcome and at home for our two night stay. The beds, linens and towels were fresh and comfortable. Our hostess - Kimberley, gave us a gracious welcome and was available should we need anything. Overall, the ground floor, good off-street parking and use of two sitting rooms was very convenient for us. The breakfasts were amazing! I recommend the Emmilyville Inn at Campbellford without hesitation .

Weekend Away
A really lovely place with a gracious and friendly host. The breakfast was fresh, made to order, and wonderful. Highly recommend for a comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

Emilyville is a beautiful old building but in fabulous condition. Our room was comforfabke andxwell appointed. Breakfast was ama,ing very nosfalgic property. Loved it!

We were doing an two day basket class at The Branch Ranch and needed to be close. We decided to stay at the Emilyville and so glad we did! Lovely property, super clean and great breakfast! Kimberly, our host was lovely and provided us with lots of information for our next stay which will also be at Emilyville! Thank you for everything Kimberly, you went over and beyond!

This is unfortunate that we could not accommodate you due to an emergency hence the doors being locked. You did not even see the inside so we are sorry you find it to be unacceptable but we have had great reviews over yours. We hope you found alternative accommodation and again sorry you did not give us a fair chance vs just being negative

Very comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom. Awsome breakfasts with lots of variety. Kim is a great cook! Outside grounds need the gardens weeded, outdoor furniture was very rusty, building needs painting badly. Makes the property look run down. Inside is lovely and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, no complaints! We had the Cannonball room which was a comfy king bed and ensuite bathroom. Room was nice and cool when we arrived which was appreciated (it was hot hot hot out!). The host was attentive and made us a delicious and quite elaborate breakfast in the morning. Location was perfect, right near the restaurants and opposite the river.

Check in was quick and easy, received a text before arriving giving us all the necessary information. The room was pretty and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. The host was friendly and very informative. All around a great stay.

I needed a place to sleep after a long day and this inn was absolute perfection. Wonderful communication and easy check in and the fluffy white robe in the room was just the treat I needed to lounge in before I fell asleep. Recommend to anyone looking for a quaint B&B.

Unfortunately due to circumstances, there was only the first B in the B&B during this stay. Building was older, slightly noisy and quaint. Was clean and internet worked great.

Bed was very confortable and nice linens. Communication with staff was good and pleasant. Inn keeper was ill during stay, so no breakfast. This was communicated ahead of time, so not the end of the world. But house wasn't very secure and easy to hear other guests. Some issues with cleanliness and clutter. Fine for a night - but would choose elswhere if a longer stay or if travelling alone.

I very much like the self check-in feature of this bnb, as I was only able to check in at 2:30 am! Great parking and it was very quiet, so I had a great sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Although there was no breakfast, I appreciated that coffee, tea and yogurt were offered---thank you!

Great experience and lovely property. Bathroom in each room and nice shared deck. It was nice to have breakfast served and visit with other guests. Excellent host. The bed wasn't all that comfortable. Not a lot of support in the middle, so my husband and I rolled into each other. Suggest a mattress topper, better frame to support the center of the mattress and softer pillows.

Great location at a reasonable price. Single day stay permitted, which is good as we wanted to explore different towns in the region. Breakfast was very satisfying and the host/chef was very accomodating.
