« The property was in great shape considering the hurricane that hit the island in October 2025. There were a few areas of maintenance going on but otherwise the property looked great! The food was only average. Some staff were so so nice while others were just meh. They tried to do the sales pitch for a time share and tell you it was mandatory. They said it was mandatory to see the transportation services desk the day after we arrived but that was just to try and sell tours and excursions. I read...

« Service moyen ! Majordome ne sert pas à grand chose. Le soir du 31/12 les bars fermés à 2h ! Par contre vous pouvez encore manger des hamburgers !!!! Ambiance pas terrible ! »

« Tres propre, bon service. Le parc aquatique est parfait si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Il manque de meuble dans la chambre. Pas de commode pour poser les valises, une seule chaise pour 4 personnes dans la chambre. Belle expérience dans l'ensemble. »
