The Razzle: A Beach House on the Sand in Treasure Cay

The Razzle is a four bedroom, three bathroom newly remodeled beach house on the famous 3.5 mile Treasure Cay Beach. It is a community that is in the process of being rebuilt, following the destruction of Hurricane Dorian. We spent nearly a year making sure the Razzle House is even better than before. While many local stores remain in the stages of construction, there are businesses and restaurants reopening daily.

The infrastructure of the Abacos is now ready for guests and tourists and The Razzle is now available to rent for those who love Treasure Cay as much as we do. Thanks in advance for your loyalty and patience!

A boat available for a chartered rental. Florence’s cafe is flourishing, now serving breakfast. lunch and dinner daily, with a pizza night on Thursdays. The Bahama Beach Club, only a 1/4 mile up the beach, has a great lunch, dinner and bar menu. A short ride across the Bay of Abaco takes you to the Swimming Pigs, Green Turtle Cay and some tasty new restaurants. If you would like to dive, snorkel, or catch your own dinner, it can all be arranged through Captain Skeeter.

Location, location, location!!! Wow, the best spot on the beach! We made the best of our trip, despite all the false advertisements. I hope that some of these get taken care of so they can continue to have guests who want to return.

We absolutely loved the Razzle House! Beautiful home and property with incredible views... Maggie and her team (Skeeter and Anna) were simply amazing. Skeeter took us out to the islands on the boat and also on a fishing trip. (Mahi was on the menu that night!). Maggie was the best host ever... Very generous with her home and vehicles. We were there for a month and loved every minute - Some friends visited for a few days and also some family on another week. Everyone absolutely loved it there and enjoyed walking those beautiful white sand beaches. The sandbar in front of the house was stunning and so much fun to watch with the change of the tides. Everyone enjoyed finding sand dollars and seeing starfish. Heaven on earth... Highly recommend

Amazing

We had the best time. Issues with the door to the deck being heavy and hard to move (especially for my kids) and the power going out frequently (they have a generator but even that was tricky to work at times). But overall the magic of this place cannot be put into words. We LOVED it and will be back for certain. And likes other have said...please don't spread the word about this place or I fear it will never be available.

Amazing!

We had been to the Abacos by boat 20 years ago and wanted a place to stay that we could show our son the magic of the Abacos. The razzle did that and more. The hosts are fantastic to communicate with and Skeeter made the trip amazing for everyone. We would never stay anywhere else again in the Abacos! Thank you for a great time.

The Razzle House was a 10/10!! We would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the Bahamas. The view was amazing and the ocean breeze kept us cool while we were outside. The house is well equipped with cooking supplies, towels, and floats/toys for the beach. With the house being one level it was easy for my aging parents to feel comfortable. Highly recommend getting on the boat with Skeeter, he’s knowledgeable about the islands and makes the trip fun. We can’t wait to return one day!

Stunning View

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We would have stayed longer if the house wasn’t booked. Absolutely stunning view. An older house but nicely renovated. Right on the beach. Just walk out the door and you are on the sand. The water was very warm and the different colors of the water are mesmerizing. We Island hopped with Skeeter, the boat captain. He was very nice as was Melba. We ate at the Beach Club. No ac and flies were a problem. We got fresh grouper and lobster in Marsh Harbor. Gas is $6.31 a gallon but we got 8 lobster tails for $50. So there are some nice perks. Try to buy your alcohol and food in Marsh Harbor. The local liquor store charged us $30 for a 6 pack of beer. Saw us coming I think. Just a few problems I should list. Although, please understand this didn’t diminish our stay. Just thought the next tenants may want to know. This house has no ocean breeze, the electricity went off 5 plus times within a week, usually late at night. But it has two ac units that work perfectly so you won’t get too warm before it’s back on. Water goes off and on and has to be fiddled with to come back on. The pot holes and speed bumps jump out of nowhere. They should paint them bright yellow. But all else was perfect. Morning coffee from the living room provides a perfect view. Hint..towel off the front glass, from the outside and the view is awesome! I would still give this house a 5 star because of its location and perfect view. Stocked well with spices & cooking supplies too.

GORGEOUS

We had such an amazing time!! The house was perfect for all of us (9 in total). Well equipped, golf carts, paddle boards, snorkel stuff, floaties, beach gear, etc., etc. The host was beyond helpful in providing details of what to expect and how to get to the house and get around the island once there. Provided lots of recommendations. House manager was great and captain skeeter was AWESOME!! I highly recommend.

For comfortable bedrooms with a view to kill. Kitchen had everything and the boat with Captain Skeeter was a huge plus. Walk up the beach to Bahama beach club for a cocktail, what else could you ask for. Best place to stay on Treasure Cay!

Best Vacation Ever

We had the most amazing vacation of our lives! The Razzle House is the perfect place to stay. House, a boat (w Captain Skeeter, who is incredible), golf cart, …. All the things! Melba cooked for us. Suzette at Bahamas Beach Club came to the house & gave us massages on the back deck. Maggie was quick to respond and great to offer any advice or assistance. Let Skeeter plan your boat days & where you go. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. The locals are easy to love and we met a lot of them.

Perfect!

Great communication. House is clean and just as advertised. Beds are comfy. Kitchen well-stocked. View is pretty unbelievable. We used Skeeter every day and he added so much value to our trip. Treasure Cay has a long way to go to get to pre-Dorian status and the destruction is still very obvious so if you are looking to get dressed up and go out every night it is probably not for you. But, if you are looking for a relaxed vibe at an excellent house on an amazing beach with amazing water then the Razzle is your perfect vacation spot. We stopped in Marsh Harbour to shop for groceries and liquor for the week so we didn't have to venture out much for food, etc., but there are a couple of stores in TC that had staple items if we needed it. This house checks all of the boxes!

Perfect home and perfect location. Jaron and Maggie are super hosts. The property managers Skeeter and Melba were readily available and Papa, the taxi driver was very timely. There is definitely visible progress in post Dorian Treasure Cay.

If your dream is the perfect beach vacation, The Razzle House is your dream come true. The beach is spectacular, the house is beautiful and had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. We spent a day on the water with Skeeter who was both informative and very funny. We highly recommend The Razzle.

Paradise!!!

We have been to Treasure Cay many times before, but this was the first time we stayed at the Razzle House. What a gem! Everything, really everything was even better than described. The house is super clean and very well appointed. Every little detail is well thought out. The location is unbeatable - right at the sandbank . The house also has a large deck with chairs and a dining table, it comes with a golf cart and we could even use the pick-up car for local errands. Maggie, the owner could not have been nicer. She is super responsive and was always available to answer any questions. The property managers Melba and Skeeter were delightful and Papa, the taxi driver was very reliable. We could not have had a better time! WE highly recommend the Razzle House and hope to be back soon!

Don’t Worry. Beach Happy

Maggie was phenomenal in helping line up our beach getaway. She was friendly and super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing beach vacation. The pictures of the house does not do it justice. WHAT A VIEW!! The house was perfectly appointed with all of the necessities. Papa, Melba, and Skeeter are a gem and made sure we were comfortable once we arrived. Papa promptly picked us us up from the airport and made several stops to allow us to do some shopping. Then came back on our checkout to ensure we arrived to the airport on time and safely. Melba cooked a delicious supper one night. Our guys loved Skeeter and enjoyed their fishing adventures! Although the devastation of the last hurricane was apparent and hard to imagine what these lovely people have endured. It was great to see the progress that has been made to rebuild. Those that we met while there were some or the most friendliest and resourceful people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. We will definitely be back for another stay!! Thank you Maggie for sharing your beautiful oasis with us!!

Amazing views!

This was a terrific house on a gorgeous beach! The owner, Maggie, was a fantastic communicator and was very thorough in answering all my questions from beginning to end. I will say that if you go during low season, which seems to be September/October, stock up on food to cook while grocery shopping at Marsh Harbour, because Florence Cafe was the only open place to grab a cooked meal at Treasure Cay. Fyi, make sure to put everything you open to eat in a ziplock bag because like most places in the Caribbean, over time ants will find their way in there. Even though, this house was basically bug free (caretakers do a great job), you still have to use common sense. Also fyi, we thought that the restaurant at Bahama Beach Club Resort would be open but it was closed during low season. Skeeter, the boat captain, is very friendly and we enjoyed his company a lot. We did a couple days with him on the boat, and it was a great time. If you tell him what you like, he will tailor the boat trip to your preference. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to be on a great beach, in a house that has everything you need, and doesn’t care about going to restaurants or bars, unless they are willing to drive outside of Treasure Cay.

Perfect location and view

The house is exactly as pictured. Maggie is very communicative. She gave us all the info we needed to be prepared down to cost of the taxi. Her local contacts are invaluable. The people of Treasure Cay make you feel like you are at home. Her house has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. I Recommend fully stocking up on groceries prior to coming as there is not a full grocery store on treasure cay.
