Liked that the rooms were larger than most hotel rooms. Liked temperature of pool and hot tub. Felt breakfast could be bigger portio.

Check in was 4 o’clock but rooms were not ready til 6! Then there was candy rappers next to night stand. The outside beach was beyond dirty. Towels everywhere, dirty clothes and toys also. They were there the entire time of our stay. Complained but they did nothing. I’ve been here many times but this trip was such a let down.

Excellent location, 2nd floor balcony overlooking beach provided an excellent view, friendly staff, excellent value for the money, showing some age. Excellent amenities.

Really clean hotel. Great views from our balcony room. The free breakfast is actually delivered to your room in the morning. Very well thought out.

Very Nice Hotel. Sadly they put us in a handicapped room and the hand held shower nozzle did not get much pressure. We told the staff about it on day 1 of 2 and they said they fixed it while we were gone sightseeing, but when we got back it still did not perform correctly. We ended up showering at the local YMCA om day 2. Frustrating. Room service free Breakfast each morning was nice.

Great view ; resort is right on the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a choice of breakfast items each morning. Rooms have a fridge and microwave. Located close to town.

This had an excellent pool and hot tub area room was very nice. Breakfast was dropped off at door in morning I think it was a great idea however micro wave in room did not work so we could not heat up are breakfast so we left before they sent someone to fix it. but beside that issue it is avery nice place to stay

I’ve stayed at the Grand Beach for years and always have a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean and have great amenities. The grounds are always cared for and the beach is incredible. It’s a great place to stay when visiting.

An error was made when I made the reservation; I requested a water side room and was given a parking lot, handicapped room. After a call to the desk, I was told that nothing could be done. Later that evening, at dinner, I received a call telling me that there was a cancellation and they’d move my belongings. The second room was perfect. I wish I could give you the name of the young lady who helped me on Friday afternoon, May 3rd. My thanks to her. Parking was a problem.

Had an excellent stay. The Hotel has access to the lake front. It was still off season so very few people were around. It was a wonderful stay, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony with lake view. Would definitely stay here again.

the room was clean but the light between the beds was missing a knob to turn it on that was rectified later that day. In the middle of the night we were woken by a load yelling and talking in the hallway outside our room. there was a domestic instance that included the police. The disturbance lasted several hours. I called the front desk and the person their said it included the police and if i wanted to see if they could move it or be more quiet i should go out into the hallway and make that request.

We've stayed there before and love it. This time our room wasn't clean. We found scraps of food behind the table and women's underwear in between the mattress and the wall. We were right by the outside door so there was quite a bit of noise.

Grand Beach has a spectacular view of Grand Traverse Bay. The Beach frontage, right outside of the hotel is lovely too. The decor in the rooms and the hotel common spaces is pleasant and comfortable. Loved the lighthouse table lamp/night light! The coffee in the lobby was delicious/Starbucks. The desk staff and other employees were always pleasant and helpful. Nice quality pool towels. And good boxed breakfast.

Very clean and staff were very helpful. Decor is dated and breakfast is terrible. The only reason to stay there at that price is the lake.
