« We actually checked out early and requested a refund. This hotel was very dirty and the other guests in the hotel were quite loud and frankly frightening. I did not feel safe here. Also, we went down for breakfast, and they were out of mostly everything and it was dirty. We have stayed at the Super 8 several times and always felt the price matched the stay, but this time, it was a NO for us. I think the cops were even called to our floor during our one night there. »

My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way. »
