« Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. « Lovely place, would highly recommend. But I think before it's next rented out the water pressure in the shower needs to be sorted as tried to have a shower and wasnt able to properly rinse body wash and shampoo off and water was spraying in all directions. Other than that the property was perfect »

« Refused to give us check in location etc until we'd provide passport details online for all guests, not just lead booker, was not stated this would be required before it was booked and paid, and after we stated we did not have this for one first they became unresponsive until after check in would have been, also the pre check in form they sent states that the advertised check out time is a additional cost, avoid these scammers. »

« Basic facilities not working and no response from staff! Shower stopped working and reception said they couldn’t fix it until days later and couldn't offer me an alternative room. Calls to the management go to voicemail. Emailed them asking for a partial refund, no reply at a week later. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests. Really bad experience. »
